Foundation tamping device and method for civil engineering
The invention relates to a foundation tamping device for civil engineering. The foundation tamping device comprises a traction plate, at least two walking wheels, at least four mounting seats and at least two rotating rods, the at least two walking wheels are rotationally connected with the two sides of the traction plate respectively, the at least four mounting bases are all mounted on the front side of the traction plate, the rotating rods are rotationally connected between the at least two mounting bases respectively, and the at least four mounting bases are all located in the same X-axis direction; tamping mechanisms are mounted on the outer sides of the at least two rotating rods, and a hoisting mechanism is arranged on the back surface of the traction plate. According to the foundation tamping device and method for civil engineering, when the output end of a double-shaft motor rotates, a winding disc is driven to rotate, and then a pull rope is wound, so that a tamping mechanism connected with the pull rope is hoisted, and a certain distance is reserved between the tamping mechanism and the opposite side; and through cooperation of the two half gears and the two driven gears, the two tamping hammers are in an up-down alternate operation state, so that the foundation is tamped, and the foundation tamping efficiency is improved.
