The invention discloses a method for removing and structurally reinforcing and repairing latticed column piles under a bottom plate of an open cut tunnel. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, the latticed column piles to be removed are positioned on the bottom plate of the tunnel; secondly, a temporary reinforcing structure is arranged, a plurality of MJS grouting holes evenly distributed around the latticed column pile are formed in a bottom plate, MJS guniting reinforcement is conducted on a soil body below the bottom plate, a pile pulling hole is formed in the bottom plate, and a guiding device is arranged around the pile pulling hole; a plurality of sleeves connected end to end are embedded downwards along the latticed column piles from the pile pulling holes in a tunneling mode to form a pipe structure; the latticed column piles are hoisted out of the pipe structure, cut into a plurality of blocks in the tunnel and then transported out; after the latticed column piles are removed, pouring and tamping pipes are inserted into the pile pulling holes, the pipe structures are pulled out while C15 concrete is poured, and the sleeves are dismantled one by one; and finally, the bottom plate is repaired. By applying the method, the influence of pile pulling construction on a tunnel structure can be reduced, the risk of sheet piles is reduced, and the pile pulling efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了明挖隧道底板下格构柱桩的清除及结构加固并修复方法,步骤如下:先在隧道的底板定位待清除的格构柱桩;然后设置临时加强结构并在底板设置多个绕格构柱桩均布的MJS注浆孔,对底板下方土体进行MJS喷浆加固,再在底板设置拔桩孔,并在拔桩孔周围布置导向装置;从拔桩孔向下沿格构柱桩以掘进方式埋入多个首尾相连的套筒形成管结构;在从管结构内吊出格构柱桩,并在隧道内切割成多块后运出;在格构柱桩清除后在拔桩孔插入浇捣管,一边灌注C15混凝土一边拔出管结构,并逐一拆除套筒;最后对底板进行修补。本发明的应用能够减少拔桩施工对隧道结构的影响,降低板桩的风险,提高拔桩效率。
