Convenient supporting and reinforcing method for finished plate brick mold
The invention relates to a supporting and reinforcing method for a finished plate brick mold. Comprising the steps that a constructed foundation structure is positioned and lofted, and a finished fiber cement plate is cut to serve as a semi-finished reinforcing material; a bearing platform or a ground beam needing to be constructed is subjected to lofting and then slope excavation, and a concrete cushion layer with the necessary thickness is poured; the outer contour of the foundation is lofted, and a single-face formwork is erected and fixed in place through iron nails; a full-length batten cross beam is additionally arranged at the top of the formwork for fixing, a batten inclined strut is additionally arranged, earthwork is backfilled in a sloping area on the outer side of the erecting formwork for compaction, iron wire pulling joints are arranged at the top of a finished plate, iron and waste steel bar heads are adopted for reverse fixing and pulling joints, the finished plate is prevented from being squeezed by soil pressure in subsequent formwork removal, and the pulling joints are arranged at the interval of 1 meter; and after backfilling is completed, pouring construction can be conducted on the upper cushion layer. Compared with traditional concrete solid brick mold masonry, materials can be greatly saved, the brick mold construction period is shortened, and the same effect is achieved.
本发明是一种成品板材类砖模的支撑加固方法;包括对施工的基础结构进行定位放样,对成品纤维水泥板材进行切割作为半成品加固材料;对需要施工的承台或地梁进行放样后放坡开挖,浇筑必要厚度的混凝土垫层;对基础进行外轮廓放样,立单面模板并采用铁钉固定到位;在模板顶部加设通长木方横梁进行固定,加设木方斜撑,立模外侧放坡区域回填土方压实,在成品板材顶部设置铁丝拉结点,采用铁定和废旧钢筋头反向固定拉结,防止后续拆模土压力挤垮成品板材,拉结点间隔1米布置;回填完成后即可对上部垫层进行浇筑施工。本发明相较于传统的混凝土实心砖砖模砌筑,能大大节省材料,缩短砖模施工工期,达到相同的效果。
