The fabricated energy-saving building comprises a wall plate, heat conduction plates, heat conduction blocks and sliding assemblies, a containing cavity is formed in the wall plate, and the heat conduction plates are arranged on the two sides of the wall plate correspondingly; the heat conduction block is arranged in the containing cavity, the sliding assembly is used for driving the heat conduction block to move, and the heat conduction block can move to the position between the two heat conduction plates and abut against the two heat conduction plates. The sliding assembly comprises a sliding rail, a sliding strip and a driving part, the sliding rail is arranged in the containing cavity, the sliding strip is in sliding connection with the sliding rail, the sliding strip is connected with the heat conduction block, and the driving part is used for driving the sliding strip to slide along the sliding rail. The indoor energy consumption for temperature regulation of the building can be reduced, so that the building is more energy-saving and environment-friendly.
