The flat-slope dual-purpose hydraulic tunnel full-section detection trolley comprises a frame, a turnover frame, a limiting mechanism, a traction mechanism and a detection frame, and walking wheels are arranged on one side, in the thickness direction, of the frame; the turnover frame is positioned on the other side of the frame in the thickness direction, is movably connected with the frame through a rotating support hinge, and can rotate relative to the frame; the limiting mechanism is connected with the frame and the overturning frame, the limiting mechanism can adjust and limit the rotation angle of the overturning frame relative to the frame, the hydraulic tunnel full-section detection trolley has a working state, and in the working state, the overturning frame is parallel to the direction of the horizontal plane; the traction mechanism can drive the frame to move, and the detection frame is arranged on the side, away from the frame, of the turnover frame. According to the hydraulic tunnel full-section detection trolley, full-section contact type continuous detection of the straight section and the inclined bent section of the tunnel can be achieved, and therefore the structure detection quality and efficiency are improved.
