Elevator shaft inner cylinder formwork structure and construction method thereof
The elevator shaft inner cylinder formwork structure comprises a plurality of corner columns, the corner columns are arranged at the corners of the inner contour line of an elevator shaft correspondingly, edge sealing plates are arranged on the two adjacent sides of each corner column in a sliding mode correspondingly, and linkage structures are installed in the corner columns; the unit plates are embedded between the adjacent sides of every two adjacent corner columns, the outer edges of the second plate faces of the unit plates extend towards the inner side of the inner contour line to form connecting flanges attached to the edge sealing plates, and second penetrating holes aligned to the first penetrating holes of the edge sealing plates are formed in the connecting flanges; the interlocking structure comprises a lock box, the lock box is fixedly arranged on the second plate face, a lock rod assembly with the adjustable length is installed on the lock box, and the two ends of the lock rod assembly are movably arranged in the second penetrating holes of the connecting flanges of the unit plates and the first penetrating holes of the edge sealing plates on the corner columns in a penetrating mode respectively. The end of the locking rod assembly extends into the corner column and is provided with a diameter changing mechanism which abuts against the side, facing the corner column, of the edge sealing plate, and the outer diameter of the diameter changing mechanism is variable. The problem that an existing elevator shaft formwork is high in labor cost due to the fact that a large number of bolts are used for assembling is solved.
本发明公开了一种电梯井内筒模板结构及其施工方法,包括:多根角柱,多根角柱分别设置于电梯井的内轮廓线的拐角处,角柱的两邻接侧分别滑设有封边板,角柱内安装有联动结构;多块单元板,单元板嵌设于相邻的两角柱的邻接侧之间,单元板的第二板面的外缘朝向内轮廓线的内侧延伸形成有贴合于封边板的联结翼缘,联结翼缘开设有对准于封边板的第一穿孔的第二穿孔;联锁结构,包括锁盒,锁盒固设于第二板面,锁盒安装有长度可调的锁杆组件,锁杆组件的两端分别可活动地穿设于单元板的联结翼缘的第二穿孔和角柱上的封边板的第一穿孔中,锁杆组件的端部伸至角柱的内部且安装有压抵于封边板的面向角柱的一侧且外径可变的变径机构。本发明解决了现有的电梯井模板实用大量螺栓装配存在人工成本高的问题。
