The electrical design follows the technological characteristics of alternating current side equipment-connection area-valve hall-direct current field, and the valve hall and the bridge arm reactor chamber which are large in size and mass are arranged in large-pass floor areas in the middle of the first floor to the third floor and the middle of the fourth floor to the sixth floor respectively and are each divided into a positive room and a negative room, and the positive room and the negative room vertically correspond to each other.
