The thermal insulation material is not subjected to heavy pressure, the porosity is maximum, the thermal conductivity is minimum, energy is saved, technical conditions are created for thickening the thermal insulation layer, the thermal insulation layer is the most effective method for saving energy, reducing the operation cost, stabilizing the reservoir temperature and preventing the frost heaving of the foundation, and invested funds and a large amount of energy for preventing the frost heaving of the foundation are saved. The heat insulation layer is made of waste rice husks and foamed plastic, so that the construction cost is reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
本发明提供了一种绿色节能冷库,冷间一层下设干燥层(1),地面隔热层(2)下移至干燥层(1)内,与一层楼板(3)分离,内衬墙(4)、内隔墙、耐磨防水地面(33)都直接坐落在一层楼板(3)上,与框架结构形成一体;解决了冷间一层地面的抗震问题和防水耐磨问题,省掉了地面防水层、钢筋混凝土粘结层(地面)和价格昂贵的地面隔热层。隔热材料不受重压,孔隙率最大,热导率最小,节约能源,为加厚隔热层创造了技术条件,而加厚隔热层是节能、降低运行成本、稳定库温、防止地基冻胀的最有效方法,省掉了防止地基冻胀而投入资金和大量能源。隔热层采用废弃的稻壳和泡沫塑料,降低了建设成本,减少环境污染。
