The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle door opening system, a vehicle and a vehicle door control method. The vehicle door opening system comprises a vehicle exterior trim panel, a vehicle interior trim panel, a plurality of capacitive touch switches, a switch detection module and a vehicle door control module. The plurality of capacitive touch switches are arranged between the vehicle exterior trim panel and the vehicle interior trim panel, are close to the inner surface of the vehicle exterior trim panel, are mounted on the vehicle interior trim panel and are used for being touched by a user from the outside of the vehicle exterior trim panel. The switch detection module is electrically connected with the plurality of capacitive touch switches, and is used for receiving a touch signal that the plurality of capacitive touch switches are touched and outputting a capacitive sensing signal. The vehicle door control module is electrically connected with the switch detection module, and the vehicle door control module is used for controlling whether the vehicle door is opened or not based on the capacitive sensing signal output by the switch detection module when the vehicle door is in an unlocked state. According to the vehicle door opening system, opening holes can be omitted, the design modeling is kept complete, and meanwhile vehicle door opening is achieved.
