The invention discloses a method for preventing and treating large deformation of tunnel soft rock through basalt fiber concrete. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a telescopic joint steel arch or a yielding arch is erected in time after a tunnel is excavated; 2, hanging a net and spraying basalt fiber concrete on the net to form a primary support structure; 3, a tunnel waterproof layer is laid on the inner side of the primary support; 4, a secondary lining is constructed on the inner side of the tunnel waterproof layer, and basalt fiber concrete is adopted during secondary lining; according to the method, the basalt fiber concrete is sprayed in the construction period to serve as a primary support structure, then the basalt fiber concrete is adopted as a secondary lining structure, and the basalt fiber concrete is sprayed in the operation period to thicken the secondary lining to gradually and radically treat large deformation of soft rock of the tunnel. The characteristics of ultrahigh mechanical property, durability and anti-seepage performance of the basalt fiber concrete can be fully played, and the purpose of permanent treatment is finally achieved.
