One end of the wire is exposed outside and is not in contact with the conductive liquid, the other end of the wire extends out of the monitoring tube and is connected with the monitoring lamp, and the monitoring lamp is located right above the monitoring cylinder and is fixedly connected with the monitoring tube; and when the monitoring cylinder moves downwards relative to the monitoring pipe, one end of the wire is in contact with the conductive liquid, so that the monitoring lamp is lightened.
