Microwave curing method for LC3 system
The invention relates to a microwave curing method of an LC3 system, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing well stirred LC3 slurry and sand, and filling into a mold to obtain an LC3 test block; the LC3 test block and the mold are put into a microwave oven together for maintenance, a microwave oven temperature probe is adopted for real-time measurement and tracking of the internal temperature, heating is stopped when the internal temperature of the LC3 test block is 95-100 DEG C through microwaves, and then the LC3 test block is gradually cooled for 25 min; after the cooling time is up, the microwave is started to repeat the process for next heating and cooling; the number of heating and cooling cycles is 4-12, and the microwave heating power is 200-600 W; an LC3 test piece is obtained after the last time of microwave heating is completed, the LC3 test piece is cooled to the room temperature, standing is conducted for 6 h, demolding is conducted, and then the LC3 test piece is put into a standard curing room to be cured. The early strength of the LC3 system can be effectively improved, and the final quality of the material can be ensured.
本发明为一种LC3体系的微波养护方法,包括:将搅拌好的LC3浆体和砂子混合均匀,再装入模具中,获得LC3试块;将LC3试块连同模具一起放入微波炉中进行养护,采用微波炉温度探针进行内部温度的实时测量与追踪,微波至LC3试块内部温度为95‑100℃时停止加热,然后逐渐冷却,冷却时间为25min;达到冷却时间后再开启微波重复上述过程进行下一次加热冷却;加热冷却循环次数为4‑12次,微波加热功率为200W‑600W;最后一次微波加热完成后获得LC3试件,将LC3试件冷却至室温静置到6h后脱模,再放入标养室进行养护。不仅可以有效提高LC3体系的早期强度,还能保证材料的最终质量。
