The invention relates to a geopolymer-based capillary crystalline waterproof coating for marine environment and a preparation method thereof, the waterproof coating is prepared from the following components by weight: 80-100 parts of quartz sand, 80-100 parts of water, 6-8 parts of wool keratin, 20-40 parts of slag powder, 8-12 parts of iron tailing powder, 8-12 parts of fly ash, 8-12 parts of silica fume, 1-2 parts of SP1 type nano silica, and 12-18 parts of an alkali activator. 10-16 parts of isobutyltriethoxysilane, 4-8 parts of glycerol, 1-2 parts of a penetrating agent, 2-6 parts of a crystallization precipitator and 1-3 parts of a complexing agent. The geopolymer-based capillary crystalline waterproof coating provided by the invention can be brushed or sprayed on the surface of cement concrete, and not only has better durability, but also active substances in the capillary crystalline waterproof coating are activated when the concrete cracks, compact crystals are formed, and a self-repairing effect is achieved.
本发明是用于海洋环境的地聚合物基渗透结晶防水涂料及制备方法,防水涂料由下述组分按重量份数配制而成:石英砂80‑100份,水80‑100份,羊毛角蛋白6‑8份,矿渣粉20‑40份,铁尾矿粉8‑12份,粉煤灰8‑12份,硅灰8‑12份,SP1型纳米二氧化硅1‑2份,碱性激发剂12‑18份,异丁基三乙氧基硅烷10‑16份,丙三醇4‑8份,渗透剂1‑2份,结晶沉淀剂2‑6份,络合剂1‑3份。本发明提供的地聚合物基渗透结晶防水涂料,可刷涂或喷涂在水泥混凝土表面,不仅具有较好的耐久性能,而且当混凝土产生裂缝时,渗透结晶防水涂料中的活性物质遇水激活,形成致密的结晶体,起到自修复的作用。
