The invention provides a fiber reinforced cement-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is prepared by uniformly mixing the following components in parts by weight: 600 to 700 parts of cement, 100 to 200 parts of silica fume, 500 to 600 parts of mineral powder, 100 to 200 parts of limestone powder, 200 to 300 parts of quartz sand, 200 to 300 parts of river sand, 10 to 20 parts of polyethylene fiber or 100 to 200 parts of steel fiber, 10 to 20 parts of water reducing agent and 200 to 300 parts of water. The ultrahigh-performance fiber reinforced composite material designed by the invention has high strength, high elastic modulus and relatively high tensile strength. The material composition is simple, the price is low, construction is convenient, and large-scale application is facilitated.
本发明提供了一种纤维增强水泥基复合材料及其制备方法。该复合材料由以下各组分按照相应的重量配比均匀混合而成:水泥600‑700份、硅灰100‑200份、矿粉500‑600份、石灰石粉100‑200份、石英砂200‑300份、河砂200‑300份、聚乙烯纤维10‑20份或钢纤维100‑200份、减水剂10‑20份、水200‑300份。本发明所设计的超高性能纤维增强复合材料具有高强、高弹模、较高拉伸强度。本发明材料组成简单,价格低廉,施工方便,便于大规模应用。
