Asphalt pavement polymer material combined seal technology
The invention discloses an asphalt pavement polymer material combined seal technology. According to the technology, a polymer (macromolecule) synthetic material which is brand-new in the 21st century is adopted for the first time to comprehensively replace an asphalt material in a traditional asphalt pavement seal coat technology, so that the asphalt material is not used in the asphalt pavement seal coat technology in China; and quantifiable and normalized detection indexes and construction processes are established for the first time, so that the efficacy of the asphalt pavement seal coat technology in China can be digitally detected and assessed. According to the polymer material combined seal coat technology, through a novel polymer synthesis technology, three polymer (high-molecular) materials are subjected to compatibility combination, targeted design, advantage complementation and function superposition to form a multifunctional seal coat with a three-clamping plate type mechanical structure. The traditional asphalt road seal coat technology in China is changed in innovation, and the technical connotation and the effect of the asphalt road seal coat technology are qualitatively changed and improved, so that the asphalt road seal coat technology is a new thought and a new idea of the asphalt road seal coat technology in China, and the application prospect is very wide.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面聚合物材料组合封层技术。该技术率先采用21世纪崭露头角的聚合物(高分子)合成材料,全面替代沥青路面传统封层技术中的沥青材料,使我国沥青路面封层技术中,不再使用沥青材料;并首次建立了可量化的、规范化的检测指标及施工工艺,使我国沥青路面封层技术的功效,能进行数字化检测和考核。聚合物材料组合封层技术,通过新型聚合物合成技术,让三种聚合物(高分子)材料,配伍组合、靶向设计、优势互补、功能迭加,组成三夹板式力学构造的多功能封层。使我国沥青道路传统封层技术,在创新中蜕变,其技术内涵与功效发生了质的变化与提升,是我国沥青道路封层技术的一种新思路与新理念,应用前景十分广阔。
