A pier-arch steel-concrete combined section connecting structure comprises an obliquely-arranged concrete section pier, and a steel arch rib structure is fixed to the upper side of the pier. A concrete transition section, a steel box arch transition section and a steel-concrete combined transition section formed by overlapping the concrete transition section and the steel box arch transition section are arranged between the bridge pier and the steel arch rib structure, and a pressure-bearing steel plate is arranged on the bottom surface of the steel-concrete combined transition section; the steel box arch transition section comprises transition stiffening ribs arranged between original stiffening ribs in the steel arch rib structure, and the bottoms of the original stiffening ribs and the bottoms of the transition stiffening ribs are fixed to the top face of the pressure-bearing steel plate. The steel-concrete combined transition section and the concrete transition section both comprise steel plates arranged on the peripheral side walls, the steel plates and the pressure-bearing steel plates form an upper steel jacket box and a lower steel jacket box respectively, and the upper steel jacket box and the lower steel jacket box are filled with micro-expansion concrete. The connection mode of a traditional steel-concrete structure combination section is improved, the applicability is high, connection is reliable, and the service life of the structure is prolonged.
