Novel bridge assembly type seamless expansion joint structure
The invention discloses a novel bridge assembly type seamless expansion joint structure which comprises an assembly type seamless expansion joint prefabricated elastic body poured with a polyurethane modified material, a steel plate playing a role in preventing bottom layer reflection cracks is arranged in a prefabricated body, and rubber layer structures for preventing the stress concentration phenomenon are arranged at the edges of the two sides of the steel plate. A silicone adhesive joint filling material is adopted to connect an original bridge deck pavement structure and a prefabricated body, and a polyethylene backing material is adopted to serve as a cushion layer below silicone adhesive. A leveling layer is arranged below an original bridge deck pavement prefabricated body to cope with the uneven pavement phenomenon existing in the actual working condition, and the leveling layer is made of resin concrete with good rebound resilience. The bridge deck structure has the effects of optimizing the bridge deck structure, increasing the construction efficiency, improving the vehicle driving comfort and reducing noise.
本发明公开了一种新型桥梁装配式无缝伸缩缝结构,包括以聚氨酯改性材料浇筑的装配式无缝伸缩缝预制弹性体,预制体内设置有起到防止底层反射裂缝作用的钢板,在钢板两侧边缘位置处设置有防止应力集中现象的橡胶层结构。采用硅酮胶填缝材料以连接原桥面铺装结构和预制体,硅酮胶下方采用聚乙烯背衬材料作为垫层。原桥面铺装预制体下方设置调平层以应对实际工况中存在的道面不平现象,调平层材料选用具有良好回弹性的树脂混凝土。本申请具有优化桥面结构,增加施工效率,提高车辆行驶舒适度,降低噪音的效果。
