The invention discloses a soil body shear strength testing device, a cross plate testing section is mounted at the end part of a probe rod, and the cross plate testing section is used for forming a cross plate structure along with clockwise rotation of the probe rod after penetrating into a soil body along with the probe rod so as to shear the soil body. The static sounding test section is mounted on one side, deviating from the probe rod, of the cross plate test section, and the static sounding test section is used for penetrating into a soil body along with the probe rod and measuring soil body resistance and pore water pressure. The penetration mechanism is connected with the probe rod and used for driving the probe rod to penetrate into the soil body. The rotating mechanism is connected with the probe rod and used for driving the probe rod to rotate. The measuring mechanism is connected with the static sounding test section, the penetration mechanism is connected with the rotating mechanism, and the measuring mechanism is used for measuring values of soil resistance and pore water pressure, a value of penetration force provided by the penetration mechanism and a value of torsion provided by the rotating mechanism. According to the device, static sounding and vane testing can be carried out at the same hole site according to needs.
