The invention relates to a large tunnel segmented construction method which comprises the following steps: step S101, dividing a whole foundation pit into a preceding segment and a plurality of subsequent segments, and constructing a sealing partition wall at the adjacent positions of the preceding segment and the subsequent segments; s103, the first section is excavated, then a supporting assembly and a main body structure are sequentially constructed in the first section, and finally a force transmission belt is constructed between the main body structure and the sealing partition wall; s105, a plurality of follow-up sections are sequentially constructed until the whole foundation pit is constructed; the construction step of the subsequent section is the same as the construction step of the preceding section and the sealing partition wall in the step S101 and the construction step of the preceding section and the force transmission belt in the step S103. According to the construction method, the type of the sealing wall is the same as that of the foundation pit support structure, so that the sealing integrity of a plurality of separated small foundation pit support structures is guaranteed, and the construction quality of the small foundation pit support structures is improved; and according to different types of the sealing walls, the force transmission belts adopt different structures, matching is flexible, construction methods are diversified, and the construction effect is improved.
