The invention relates to a steel pipe enclosing purlin connecting device and a front supporting type grouting steel pipe system. The steel pipe enclosing purlin connecting device comprises an enclosing purlin connecting piece, a bracket connecting piece and an end connecting steel pipe which are sequentially connected. The bracket connecting piece is of a triangular prism structure, one side face of the bracket connecting piece is connected with a purlin system on the periphery of the foundation pit in an attached mode through a purlin connecting piece, the adjacent side face of the bracket connecting piece is connected with an end connecting steel pipe, and the end connecting steel pipe is connected with a front supporting type steel pipe system in the foundation pit. The front supporting type grouting steel pipe system comprises a steel pipe enclosing purlin connecting device, a foundation pit outer enclosing purlin system, a foundation pit inner front supporting type steel pipe system and a foundation pit outer supporting pile system. The foundation pit peripheral purlin system is arranged on the upper portion of the foundation pit outer supporting pile system, and the foundation pit peripheral purlin system is connected with the foundation pit inner front supporting type steel pipe system through a steel pipe surrounding purlin connecting device. Compared with the prior art, the bearing capacity of the enclosing purlin system can be effectively enhanced, the safety of the supporting structure is enhanced, and construction is convenient.
