Pile foundation compression bearing capacity testing system and method
The invention relates to a pile foundation compression bearing capacity testing system and method.The method comprises the following steps that the top face of a testing pile foundation is polished to be flat, and a jack is installed at the top of the testing pile foundation; engineering piles near the test pile foundation are selected as anchor piles according to the loading force, and the selected anchor piles are connected through connecting beams; arranging a main beam at the upper part of the jack, and connecting the main beam with the coupling beam; driving a reference pile near the test pile foundation, and mounting a reference beam on the reference pile; a dial indicator connected with the test pile foundation is arranged on the datum line beam; and a jacking force is applied to the test pile foundation through the jack, and the displacement of the test pile foundation is detected by utilizing the dial indicator, so that the compression bearing capacity of the test pile foundation is tested. According to the testing method, the anchor pile counter-force method based on the counter-pressure principle is used as the basis, rapid detection of the compression bearing capacity of the super-tonnage pile foundation can be achieved, and the occupied operation area is smaller than that of a pile loading method.
本发明涉及一种桩基抗压承载力测试系统及方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将测试桩基的顶面打磨平整,并在测试桩基的顶部安装千斤顶;依据加载力选取测试桩基附近的工程桩作为锚桩,利用连梁将选取的锚桩连接起来;于所述千斤顶的上部设置主梁,将所述主梁与所述连梁连接;在所述测试桩基附近打设基准桩,再所述基准桩上安装基准梁;于所述基准梁上设置与所述测试桩基连接的百分表;通过所述千斤顶对所述测试桩基施加顶推力,利用所述百分表检测所述测试桩基的位移,从而完成测试桩基的抗压承载力的测试。本发明的测试方法利用反压原理的锚桩反力法作为基础,能够实现超大吨位桩基抗压承载力的快速检测,且占用作业面积相对于堆载法小。
