The assembly type composite slab is a prefabricated reinforced concrete slab with truss ribs and horizontal reinforcing ribs, the assembly type composite slab is arranged on the assembly type beam, concrete is cast in place on the composite slab again, the assembly type pile foundation is driven into the ground, the assembly type composite slab is suspended, and the assembly type pile foundation is connected with the assembly type beam. A certain gap is reserved between the fabricated laminated slab and the soil layer, so that the frost heaving problem can be thoroughly solved, and the gap can also be used as a channel of various engineering pipelines for electric power, communication, water supply and drainage and the like of a sunken square; according to the novel assembly type sinking square structure system, all components are prefabricated components, construction is convenient, the work amount is small, and the construction period is short.
