The invention relates to the field of buildings, and discloses a rapid wall surface treatment device which comprises a moving platform, a material conveying device, a circulating material pipe and a smearing device, the material conveying device is fixed to the moving platform, the material conveying device is connected with the smearing device through the circulating material pipe, and the material conveying device comprises a storage hopper, an oscillator, a stirring shaft and an extrusion feeder; the storage hopper is installed on the movable platform, the oscillator is installed on the side wall of the storage hopper, the stirring shaft is installed above the storage hopper through a support, a stirring part of the stirring shaft extends into the storage hopper, and the extrusion feeder is connected to the bottom of the storage hopper. The material conveying device is installed on the moving platform, mortar or paint is rapidly smeared to a wall through the material conveying device by means of the smearing device through the circulating material pipe, so that the wall surface treatment speed is increased, in addition, the mortar or the paint can be stirred through the stirring shaft on the material conveying device, and drying and hardening of the mortar or the paint are avoided.
