The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a secondary structure pouring device and a pouring method thereof.The secondary structure pouring device comprises a fixing frame connected with a secondary structure wall; the hopper is arranged in the fixing frame and can move up and down along the fixing frame, and a material opening is formed in the side, facing a secondary mechanism wall, of the hopper; the driving assembly is used for driving the hopper to move up and down in the fixing frame; the pushing assembly is arranged in the hopper and used for pushing concrete in the hopper to the secondary structure wall, and the pushing assembly comprises a pushing plate installed in the hopper, a guide rod arranged on the hopper in a penetrating mode and a pushing block arranged on the side, away from the material opening, of the pushing plate; and the construction assembly is arranged on one side of the fixing frame and provides a construction platform for constructors. The pouring efficiency of constructors can be improved.
