The invention relates to a masonry wall side seam filling module which comprises a foundation structure end module, a horizontal moving module horizontally connected to the side face of the foundation structure end module in a sliding mode and a pressurizing module set driving the horizontal moving module to be away from the foundation structure end module. The pressurizing module group comprises a structure end wedge-shaped block connected with the basic structure end module and a moving end wedge-shaped block connected with the horizontal moving module, wedge-shaped spaces are formed in the two sides of a connecting line of the structure end wedge-shaped block and the moving end wedge-shaped block, and the pressurizing module group further comprises pressurizing wedge-shaped blocks located in the wedge-shaped spaces; according to the invention, the horizontal moving module is pushed to the base body of the side surface structure to form pressure by virtue of a set of pressurizing module group for lateral extrusion, so that friction force for resisting out-of-plane displacement is formed, and meanwhile, the gap filling width can be adjusted; and the minimum net thickness after the displacement of the module meets the fireproof requirement.
