The steel slide way for jacking displacement and the installation method are characterized in that a tray beam, a universal ball set, the steel slide way, a jack, a horizontal reaction frame, a vertical reaction frame and stiffening ribs form a displacement system, and bearing and jacking displacement of a building are achieved. Before shifting, a steel slide way is laid below the building, a plurality of universal ball sets are placed on the steel slide way, tray beams are poured on the universal ball sets, after the tray beams reach the strength, the building and an original foundation are cut off, gravity bearing of the building is converted from the original foundation to the mode of tray beam-universal ball set-steel slide way-ground, and a jack is started to push the tray beams; the steel slide way provides rear counter force, and displacement of the building is achieved through rolling between the universal ball set and the steel slide way.
本发明的一种用于顶推移位的钢滑道及安装工法,其特征在于,托盘梁,万向球组,钢滑道,千斤顶,水平反力架、竖向反力架和加劲肋组成移位体系,实现建筑物的承载和顶推移位。移位前在建筑物下面铺设钢滑道,钢滑道上面摆放若干个万向球组,万向球组上面浇筑托盘梁,托盘梁达到强度后将建筑物与原基础切断,建筑物的重力承载由原基础转换成托盘梁‑万向球组‑钢滑道‑地面,启动千斤顶推动托盘梁,由钢滑道提供后方反力,通过万向球组与钢滑道之间的滚动实现建筑物的位移。
