The invention belongs to the technical field of doors and windows, and particularly relates to a sunshade heat-insulation energy-saving door and window which comprises a window frame assembly. A sealing plate is mounted at the end part of the window frame assembly through a mounting assembly; a glass window is mounted in the sealing plate; the inner side wall of the glass window is slidably connected with a mounting plate; the bottom of the mounting plate is rotationally connected with a guide rod; the end part of the guide rod is fixedly connected with a sunshade heat insulation plate; when the outside weather is warm, a noise reduction motor is started to drive a rotating rod to rotate, so that the rotating rod drives a first bevel gear to rotate, when the first bevel gear rotates, a second bevel gear is driven to rotate, so that the second bevel gear drives a guide rod and a sunshade heat insulation plate to rotate, and the sunshade heat insulation effect is achieved; the sunshade heat insulation plate is arranged on the outer side of the sunshade body to be erected, external sunlight can conveniently irradiate a room, the daylighting effect is achieved, the surface of the sunshade heat insulation plate is made of transparent frosted materials, and the protection effect can be effectively achieved.
