The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit monitoring, in particular to a foundation pit construction process displacement three-dimensional integrated intelligent monitoring method which comprises the following steps: obtaining a plurality of displacement sequences and a plurality of subsets of each displacement sequence according to the difference between adjacent data points in each height sequence, screening out a first subset in all subsets according to the difference between the elements in each subset, obtaining a trend term of each displacement sequence, and obtaining the noise rate of the first element according to the distance of different elements in the displacement sequence and the slope distribution condition of the elements in the trend term of the displacement sequence, the displacement value of the first element is corrected through the noise rate, the actual displacement value of the first element is obtained, and the foundation pit construction process is monitored in combination with the actual displacement value. The accuracy of the displacement values of different sensor nodes in the foundation pit is improved, the accuracy of the foundation pit displacement monitoring result is improved, and therefore the safety in the foundation pit construction process is improved.
