Multi-connecting-rod hinge for high-load-bearing window
The multi-connecting-rod hinge comprises a first mounting seat connected with a window frame, a second mounting seat connected with a window sash and a connecting rod assembly, the connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a third connecting rod, one end of the second connecting rod is hinged to the second mounting seat, and the other end of the second connecting rod is hinged to the third connecting rod. Two ends of the first connecting rod are respectively hinged to the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat; two ends of the third connecting rod are respectively hinged to the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod; the connecting rod assembly further comprises a fourth connecting rod. The two ends of the fourth connecting rod are hinged to the first mounting base and the second connecting rod correspondingly. The six-connecting-rod hinge is good in structural stability, the hinge cannot deform and interfere with the structure of a sectional material or the hinge when encountering strong wind, safety protection of the hinge is improved, the situation that the hinge is prone to being highly abraded due to a sliding groove is avoided, and therefore a window is stable and reliable.
本发明提出一种高承重窗用多连杆铰链,包括与窗框连接的第一安装座、与窗扇连接的第二安装座以及连杆组件,连杆组件包括第一连接杆、第二连接杆和第三连接杆,所述第二连接杆的一端分别铰接在所述第二安装座,第一连接杆的两端分别铰接第一安装座和第二安装座,第三连接杆的两端分别铰接在第一连接杆和第二连接杆;连杆组件还包括第四连接杆;第四连接杆的两端分别与第一安装座和第二连接杆铰接。本发明的六连杆铰链结构稳定性好,在遇强风时铰链不会发生变形与型材或者铰链本身的结构发生干涉,提升铰链的安全防护,避免因滑槽使铰链易被高度磨损,从而使窗户稳定可靠。
