The invention relates to a production process of an ultra-low-energy-consumption polyurethane steel-clad fireproof window and the fireproof window. The production process comprises the following steps: infiltrating refractory fibers with polyurethane refractory resin to obtain a polyurethane refractory prepreg; the steel lining and the polyurethane fire-resistant prepreg are extruded through a co-extrusion die head, so that the polyurethane fire-resistant prepreg is attached to the outer surface of the steel lining, and a prefabricated profile internally provided with the steel lining is formed through curing and shaping; a polyurethane foaming material is injected into the inner side wall of the prefabricated profile, so that a heat insulation layer is formed on the inner side wall of the prefabricated profile, and a window frame profile and a window sash profile are obtained; and the window frame profile, the window sash profile and the fireproof glass are assembled, and the ultra-low-energy-consumption polyurethane steel-clad fireproof window is obtained. The ultra-low energy consumption polyurethane steel-clad fireproof window can meet the performance requirement that the fireproof integrity is not lower than 1.0 h, and has good fireproof performance; meanwhile, good air tightness, water tightness, wind resistance, compression resistance and heat preservation and heat insulation effects are achieved, and the advantage of low energy consumption is achieved.
