The thermal-insulation freezing-resistant waterproof mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-45 parts of Portland cement, 4-7 parts of styrene-acrylic latex powder, 8-12 parts of a thermal-insulation auxiliary agent, 4-6 parts of a thermal-insulation filler, 5-8 parts of dolomite powder, 25-35 parts of quartz sand, 4-7 parts of basalt fibers, 0.5-1.0 part of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 0.8-1.5 parts of a defoaming agent, 5-8 parts of an anti-freezing auxiliary agent, 3-6 parts of a water repellent agent, 0.5-0.8 part of a water reducing agent, 2-5 parts of an expanding agent and a proper amount of water. The mortar prepared by the invention not only has better heat insulation and freezing resistance, but also has excellent waterproof performance and mechanical property, and the quality of the mortar is ensured while the service life of the mortar is prolonged to a certain extent.
