The invention discloses a coal mine grouting and air leakage stopping material, and relates to a coal mine air leakage stopping material, the coal mine grouting and air leakage stopping material comprises a material A, a material B and a material C, and the weight ratio of the material A to the material B to the material C is 1: 1: 1; the material A is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5 to 8 parts of fly ash, 4 to 6 parts of composite filler, 1 to 1.5 parts of sodium silicate, 5 to 6 parts of cross-linking agent and 5 to 6 parts of water; the material B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-1.2 parts of a composite foaming agent, 0.5-0.8 part of a foam stabilizer and 40-48 parts of water; and the material C comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.5-2 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 100 parts of water. The material is low in cost, large in coverage area, excellent in water retention performance and good in air leakage blocking effect.
