Fiber-reinforced phenolic resin-based carbon foam and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses fiber-reinforced phenolic resin-based carbon foam and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of carbon foam preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing thermosetting phenolic resin and a segmented copolymer solution to obtain a mixed solution, adding a biomass fiber material subjected to boric acid soaking treatment into the mixed solution, and performing uniform ultrasonic mixing to obtain a precursor solution; and transferring the precursor solution into a mold, adding a surfactant, a foaming agent and a curing agent into the mold, carrying out gradient heating carbonization, and cooling to room temperature, thereby obtaining the product. The carbon foam prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is relatively high in impact strength and tensile strength, good in mechanical property and relatively low in potential safety hazard in the preparation process.
本发明公开了一种纤维增强酚醛树脂基碳泡沫及其制备方法,属于碳泡沫制备技术领域。本发明的制备方法包括如下步骤:将热固性酚醛树脂与嵌段共聚物溶液搅拌混合得到混合液,向混合液中加入硼酸浸泡处理后的生物质纤维材料,超声混合均匀,得到前驱体溶液;将前驱体溶液转移到模具中,向其中加入表面活性剂、发泡剂和固化剂,然后梯度升温碳化,冷却至室温,即得。通过本发明的制备方法得到的碳泡沫冲击强度和拉伸强度较高,具有良好的力学性能,且制备过程安全隐患较低。
