The invention discloses a high-altitude multi-layer road which is applied to building outdoor multi-layer road main roads, seaside sightseeing wave-avoiding roads, high-altitude multi-layer connected solar cell module power generation supporting frames, high-altitude multi-layer cultivated plant supporting frames and the like, and multiple layers of long beams, short beams and inclined struts are connected to stand columns to form the supporting frames and the road. The building outdoor multi-layer road is formed by being connected with branch roads of building residents and connected with grounding elevators and step ladders. Short beams and cross beams extending from two sides of a road are adopted to form a platform, and the platform is connected with a solar cell module to form a high-altitude multilayer solar power generation net or connected with a water containing device and a pipeline to form a high-altitude multilayer plant cultivation supporting frame. The supporting frame adopts each stand column or a part of stand columns to be sleeved with a rotating step ladder or additionally provided with stand columns to be sleeved with the rotating step ladder.
