Asphalt pavement structure for improving pavement friction coefficient
The invention provides an asphalt pavement structure for improving the friction coefficient of a pavement. The asphalt pavement structure comprises a pavement base layer at the lowest layer, an asphalt concrete middle surface layer and a modified asphalt concrete upper surface layer, the modified asphalt concrete upper surface layer is formed by paving a rubber modified asphalt mixture; the rubber modified asphalt mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 to 60 parts of coarse aggregate, 35 to 40 parts of fine aggregate, 4 to 6 parts of mineral powder and 4 to 6 parts of rubber modified asphalt; the rubber modified asphalt is prepared from water swelling rubber and matrix asphalt. The asphalt pavement surface layer has the function of automatically adjusting the friction coefficient of the pavement, and can realize the self-adjusting effect that the friction coefficient is not influenced when the asphalt pavement surface layer is dry and the friction coefficient is obviously increased when the asphalt pavement surface layer is wet, so that the skid resistance of the asphalt pavement is improved.
本发明提供一种提高路面摩擦系数的沥青路面结构,所述沥青路面结构包括最下层的路面基层、沥青混凝土中面层和改性沥青混凝土上面层;所述改性沥青混凝土上面层由橡胶改性沥青混合料铺设而成;所述橡胶改性沥青混合料由以下重量份的原料组成:55‑60份的粗集料、35‑40份的细集料、4‑6份的矿粉、4‑6份的橡胶改性沥青;所述的橡胶改性沥青由遇水膨胀橡胶和基质沥青制备而成。该沥青路面面层具备自动调节路面摩擦系数的功能,在路面应用可以实现,干燥时摩擦系数不受影响,潮湿时摩擦系数明显增大的自调节效果,以此提高沥青路面的抗滑性能。
