The collecting mechanism comprises a protective net and a rotating net for pushing filtered sundries to move and collect, a water seepage mechanism is arranged in the drainage pipe and comprises a rotating mounting pipe and a power mechanism, the power mechanism comprises an air cylinder and an air pressure transmission mounting block, and water pushes an air bag to rise, a piston plate to rise and pushes a square plug to rise; a sliding block slides in a sliding groove formed in the pushing rod, a rotating ring drives a driving gear to start to rotate, the driving gear drives a transmission gear to rotate, accordingly, a mounting pipe starts to rotate, the mounting rod drives a fixing rod to descend, and accumulated water on the road surface can be drained into a drainage channel; therefore, water accumulation on the pavement in rainstorm weather is avoided as much as possible.
