Secondary accidents caused by the fact that drivers and passengers cannot place the safety cones in time due to different accident severity degrees can be effectively avoided, and meanwhile the automatic alarm function is achieved to assist traffic police and vehicle owners in guaranteeing the safety of accident sites. A self-cruising intelligent safety cone used after a traffic accident comprises a circular base, the upper portion of the circular base is a safety cone body, the lower portion of the circular base is provided with a driving wheel and a driving wheel lock, and the middle of the safety cone body is provided with a warning strip. A controller, a vehicle speed sensor, a solar power generation module, an alarm device and a voice alarm are arranged in the safety cone body, and a signal receiver is arranged on the upper portion of the safety cone body. Driving wheels and driving wheel locks are arranged on the lower portion of the circular base and placed in the center of a road.
