Recyclable drilling-free miniature recharge well and construction method
The invention provides a recoverable drilling-free micro recharge well and method. The micro recharge well comprises an outer steel pipe, an inner sleeve steel pipe, a connecting sleeve, a bottom sealing head, a filter screen and a barb steel bar. A barb steel bar is welded in the middle of the bottom sealing head, and a flexible filter screen is wound on the outer side of the inner sleeve steel pipe and fixed through a thin steel wire; and the bottom sealing head and the inner sleeve steel pipe are mutually screwed and sleeved into the outer steel pipe to form a first section of steel pipe at the bottom. And back pressure equipment is adopted for penetrating into the first section of steel pipe, then the second section of outer steel pipe is screwed on the first section of steel pipe, the connecting sleeve is installed on the top of the outer steel pipe, and the steps are repeated till penetrating into the designated depth. And the topmost outer steel pipe is pulled up by utilizing back pressure equipment, and the bottom sealing head and the inner sleeve steel pipe are left in situ, so that the whole recharge well is communicated with external water. And after recharging is completed, all the outer steel pipes are pulled up and recycled. According to the invention, the micro penetration equipment is adopted, slurry pollution is avoided, and the method has the characteristics of no drilling, recoverability, flexible arrangement and low cost.
本发明提供一种可回收免钻孔的微型回灌井和方法,其中微型回灌井包括外钢管、内套钢管、连接套、封底头、滤网、倒刺钢条。将倒刺钢条焊接在封底头中部,采用柔性滤网缠绕在内套钢管外侧并用细钢丝固定;将封底头与内套钢管相互拧紧,套入到外钢管内部,形成底部第一节钢管。采用反压设备贯入第一节钢管,然后将第二节外钢管拧到第一节钢管上并将连接套安装到外钢管的顶部,重复上述步骤直到贯入到指定深度。利用反压设备将最上面的外钢管拔起,并让封底头和内套钢管留在原位,实现整个回灌井与外界水联通。待完成回灌后将所有外钢管拔起回收。本发明采用微型贯入设备,避免了泥浆污染,具有免钻孔、可回收、布置灵活、成本低的特点。
