The invention discloses a piling machine with a hammerhead convenient to disassemble and assemble. The piling machine comprises a platform, a supporting column, a connector and the hammerhead. The platform is fixed on the ground; the lower end of the supporting column is installed on the platform. The connector comprises a fixed cylinder, a lifting rod and a connecting piece; the fixing cylinder is hollow and vertically through, and the side portion of the fixing cylinder is fixed to the supporting column. The lifting rod is arranged in the fixed cylinder, the upper end of the lifting rod is connected with one end of the steel wire rope, and the other end of the steel wire rope is wound on the winch; the connecting piece is arranged at the lower end of the lifting rod; a connecting rod is arranged on the hammer head, and the upper end of the connecting rod extends into the fixing cylinder and is connected with the connecting piece. The device has the beneficial effects that the lifting rod is adopted for fixing the hammer head and driving the hammer head to ascend and descend, and the falling perpendicularity of the hammer head and the accuracy of the impact position are improved; and by means of the vertical plate and the clamping piece, the lifting rod is connected with the connecting rod of the hammer head, and the disassembling and assembling efficiency of the hammer head is improved.
