The invention discloses a bridge abutment back backfilling treatment construction framework and method based on a formed abutment cap, and the construction framework comprises a bridge abutment foundation framework which is fixedly arranged on an excavation foundation pit; the paving and pressing cement soil layer is backfilled and paved in the foundation pit, and the paving and pressing cement soil layer forms a flow state backfilling groove area corresponding to the bridge abutment foundation structure; and the flow-state cement soil layer is arranged in the flow-state backfilling groove area in a pouring mode. The technical problems that in the prior art, when a bridge with a formed abutment cap is constructed, due to spatial constraint between the abutment cap and a bearing platform structure, the abutment back backfilling construction difficulty is increased, the backfilling construction period is prolonged, the construction efficiency is reduced, the overall girder erection construction progress is difficult to guarantee, and the engineering economy is not facilitated are solved.
