When the roof rainwater recycling device is used, rainwater falls into a water inlet from a rainwater receiving plate and then falls into a water receiving tank under the water inlet, along with continuous accumulation of the rainwater in the water receiving tank and increasing of the weight of the water receiving tank, a first spring is continuously compressed and shortened, the water receiving tank continuously descends, and the water receiving tank drives a first permanent magnet to descend; when the first permanent magnet descends, the first permanent magnet is almost attached to the third permanent magnet, and the magnetic pole of the third permanent magnet facing one side of the first permanent magnet is the same as that of the first permanent magnet facing one side of the third permanent magnet.
