The invention relates to an assembly type kitchen and bath and an assembly method. The assembly type kitchen and bath comprises a base plate and a wall body assembled around the base plate. The chassis comprises a plurality of bottom plates which are spliced together; the wall body comprises a plurality of wallboards which are spliced together; the bottom plates are spliced through a first splicing assembly; the wallboards are also spliced through the first splicing components; the bottom plate and the wall plate are spliced through a second splicing assembly; the first splicing assembly comprises a first splicing and inserting body and a second splicing and inserting body which are integrally arranged with the edge covering profile of the bottom plate or the wall plate and are mutually buckled and locked; the second splicing assembly comprises a guide splicing body which is integrally arranged with the edge covering profile of the bottom plate, and a slot body which is integrally arranged with the edge covering profile of the wall plate; and the slot cavity of the slot body is matched with the guide splicing body. The assembly efficiency is high, the structure is stable, and the sealing and waterproof effects are outstanding; and meanwhile, kitchen and bath requirements of various layouts can be met.
