The multi-disaster TMDI damping device comprises a plurality of sets of damping units of the same structure, the multiple sets of damping units are evenly and symmetrically arranged along the tower wall of the absorption tower, and each set of damping unit comprises a base plate fixed to the upper portion of the tower wall; one end of the angle adjusting assembly is hinged to the base plate; the upper part of the mass sheet is hinged with the other end of the angle adjusting assembly; the angle adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the distance between the mass sheet and the tower body wall; the elastic supporting unit, the viscoelastic damper and the inerter are connected to the lower portion of the angle adjusting assembly and sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The inerter comprises a rotating wheel and a steel rope, the rotating wheel is fixed on the tower wall through a support frame, one end of the steel rope is connected with the mass sheet, and the other end is connected with the rotating wheel. According to the device, the resistance of the absorption tower under the action of wind load and earthquake load and the safety and stability of the structure under the action of multiple disasters are greatly improved.
