The invention discloses an elevator hoistway pouring formwork system based on a hoistway construction elevator self-climbing machine room. The elevator shaft pouring formwork system comprises a main frame (1) and a plurality of double-formwork assemblies (2) arranged based on the main frame. The double-template assembly comprises two adjustable template units (21); the adjustable template unit comprises a template (211), a telescopic piece and a base (213); the template, the telescopic piece and the base are connected together according to a triangular connecting rod mechanism form; the base is mounted on the basis of the main frame, and the telescopic piece stretches out and draws back to drive the template to swing on the basis of the base; and the templates of the two adjustable template units in the double-template assembly are oppositely arranged.
