Fabricated residential engineering building energy-saving construction method
The invention discloses an energy-saving construction method for an assembly type residential engineering building. The energy-saving construction method comprises the following steps of (1) drawing design, (2) foundation preparation, (3) assembly type structure preparation, (4) hoisting assembly and (5) water and electricity assembly. By adopting the construction method designed by the invention, simulation building of a residence can be realized by using software, possible accidents in the construction process are reduced, the integrated prefabricated house and the prefabricated roof are directly adopted in the construction process, and hoisting installation can be performed only by using a crane, so that the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced. According to the invention, the use of mechanical equipment is greatly reduced, so that the purpose of saving energy is realized, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and meanwhile, a great energy-saving guarantee can be further provided for daily use of a user by installing solar equipment on a roof in the later period.
本发明公开一种装配式住宅工程建筑节能施工方法,包括如下步骤:(一)图纸设计,(二)地基的制备,(三)装配式结构的制备,(四)吊装装配,(五)水电的装配;通过采用本发明设计的施工方法,能够实现利用软件进行住宅的模拟建筑,减小了施工过程中可能出现的意外情况,且在施工的过程中直接采用集成式的预制房与预制屋顶,只需要利用吊机即可进行吊装安装,极大的降低了机械设备的使用,从而实现了节能的目的,且极大的提高了施工效率,同时通过后期在屋顶进行太阳能设备的安装,能够进一步的为用户的日常使用提供了极大的节能保障。
