The platform comprises a main supporting frame and a main pedal, the horizontal main pedal is fixed to the bottom of the main supporting frame, transmission parts are installed on the left portion and the right portion of the main supporting frame correspondingly, and the two transmission parts are arranged in a left-right mirror image mode relative to the middle of the main supporting frame; the transmission part comprises upper supporting shafts, an auxiliary pedal and a main protection plate, the horizontal upper supporting shafts are hinged to the left portion and the right portion of the main supporting frame respectively, and the auxiliary pedal and the main protection plate are fixed to the upper supporting shafts. When the device is used, the upper winch is controlled to take up and release a rope, the lifting frame can correspondingly slide up and down, then the transmission part and the transmission frame can swing up and down, accordingly, the auxiliary pedal, the auxiliary protection plate and the main protection plate are correspondingly unfolded and retracted, and the working space of the device is adjusted; and the left-right size is reduced in time, so that movement in the tunnel is facilitated, and a plurality of workers can be accommodated for transverse construction.
