The invention discloses an energy-saving and emission-reducing building structure. Belongs to the field of lifting appliance equipment and comprises a house body, a temperature adjusting unit and the like, and the temperature adjusting unit comprises an upper-layer aluminum plate, a lower-layer aluminum plate and a heat exchange channel; the house further comprises equipment such as a ventilation unit, a heat exchange channel communicating and installing assembly, and the installing assembly is arranged on the temperature adjusting unit and used for installing the temperature adjusting unit on the house body. Through the arrangement of the temperature adjusting unit, when it is hot, the upper-layer aluminum plate is used for reflecting light heat, cold air is sucked into the heat exchange channel, heat exchange is further conducted in the heat exchange channel, the temperature in a house is reduced, and therefore energy consumption of refrigeration equipment is reduced.
