The invention relates to the technical field of grouting material production, in particular to a preparation process and device of a glass powder reinforced geopolymer grouting material, and the process comprises the following steps: adding sodium hydroxide powder and a sodium silicate solution into a first mixed structure, and stirring to fully dissolve the sodium hydroxide powder and the sodium silicate solution to obtain a solution A; a lignin water reducer, an HEA expanding agent, tartaric acid, an organic silicon defoamer, silica fume powder and deionized water are placed in the second mixed structure to be mixed, and a solution B is obtained; performing dry mixing on glass powder, slag powder, PVA fibers and cement in a polymerization barrel for 2-3min to obtain powder C; and finally, introducing the solution A and the solution B into the powder C, and rapidly stirring for 3-5min. The production device comprises a first mixing structure, a second mixing structure, a first synchronous belt and a second synchronous belt, the preparation method is simple to operate, the characteristics of the raw materials can be fully utilized, and the geopolymer grouting material with excellent performance is prepared.
本发明涉及注浆料生产技术领域,具体为一种玻璃粉增强地聚合物注浆料的制备工艺、装置,工艺步骤包括:将氢氧化钠粉末同硅酸钠溶液加入到第一混合结构内部,搅拌使其充分溶解,得到溶液A;将木质素减水剂、HEA膨胀剂、酒石酸、有机硅消泡剂和硅灰粉与去离子水置于第二混合结构内部混合,得到溶液B;将玻璃粉、矿渣粉、PVA纤维和水泥在聚合桶中干拌2~3mi n,得到粉料C;最后将溶液A和B导入至到粉料C中,并快速搅拌3~5mi n即可;生产装置包括第一混合结构、第二混合结构、第一同步带和第二同步带;本发明的制备方法操作简单,能够充分利用原料的特点,制备性能优异的地聚合物注浆料。
