The invention relates to the field of door core material preparation, in particular to a heat preservation fireproof door core material for an anti-theft door and a preparation method thereof.The heat preservation fireproof door core material comprises a protective layer, a heat preservation layer and a core part, and the core part comprises a plurality of springs arranged at equal intervals and fixing plates arranged at the two ends of the springs; the insulating layer is arranged outside the fixing plate; the protective layer is bonded to the outer side of the heat preservation layer, the protective layer is a foamed aluminum plate, and preparation of the protective layer comprises the following steps that S1, after a fixing plate is cut, a spring fixing base and a fixing buckle are welded; s2, arranging and fixedly connecting springs; s3, weighing all component materials of the thermal insulation layer, adding water, and uniformly mixing; s4, based on the core material preparation system, pouring, compacting, flattening and shaping of the heat preservation layers on the two faces are sequentially completed, and then heat preservation and drying are conducted; s5, preliminarily judging whether the preparation of the thermal insulation layer meets a preset standard or not according to the measured compressive strength; and S6, a protective layer is bonded. On the basis of ensuring the performance of the core material, the core material can also be applied to door cores of anti-theft doors with different thicknesses.
本发明涉及门芯材料制备领域,尤其涉及一种防盗门用保温防火门芯材料及其制备方法,包括:防护层、保温层、芯部,其中,芯部包括若干等间距设置的弹簧,设置在弹簧两端的固定板;保温层设置在固定板外侧;防护层粘接在保温层的外侧,防护层为泡沫铝板,其制备如下:S1,裁切固定板后焊接弹簧固定底座和固定扣;S2,布设并固定连接弹簧;S3,称重保温层各组分材料后加水混合均匀;S4,基于芯材制备系统依次完成两面保温层的浇注、振实、平整以及定型后保温烘干;S5,根据测得的抗压强度初步判定保温层的制备是否符合预设标准;S6,粘接防护层。在保证芯材性能的基础上,还可以应用于不同厚度的防盗门的门芯。
