The invention discloses a roadbed disease detection device for a ballastless track of a high-speed rail. The device comprises a detection vehicle, a seismic prospecting instrument and a vehicle-mounted positioning system, wherein the seismic prospecting instrument and the vehicle-mounted positioning system are arranged on the detection vehicle; the detection vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a seismic source assembly located on one side of the vehicle body, a first receiving sensor located on the same side as the seismic source assembly, and a plurality of second receiving sensors located on different sides; a grounding coupling point of the seismic source assembly is located on the base plate on the outer side of the track plate, the first receiving sensor and the multiple second receiving sensors are all connected with corresponding sensor trundles, and all the sensor trundles run on the surface of the base plate; the detection vehicle runs according to the route determined by the vehicle-mounted positioning system; the seismic prospecting instrument is used for receiving a synchronizing signal sent by the seismic source assembly when the seismic source assembly excites seismic waves at a preset seismic source point, receiving signals collected by the first receiving sensor and the plurality of second receiving sensors, and processing and feeding back the signals. The invention aims to improve the roadbed disease detection efficiency and detection accuracy of the ballastless track of the high-speed rail.
